At Living Authentically Counselling, our individual counselling sessions provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space for exploring thoughts, feelings, and challenges related to neurodivergence, sexuality, intimacy, gender identity, relationships, and sexual wellness. Sessions are available in-person in Nundah, Meanjin/Brisbane or online Australia-wide via secure telehealth. In initial sessions, practitioners work collaboratively with you to set goals and develop a personalised plan. Subsequent sessions are led by you, with therapeutic interventions, strategies, and resources tailored to support your journey. Our practitioners can assist with neurodivergence and capacity building, healthy communication and relationships, gender identity and expression, sexual health and wellness, sexual identity exploration, trauma-informed support, and inclusive sexual education. This includes navigating sensory needs, consent, intimacy, kink, assistive technology, and overcoming barriers created by trauma or societal stigma.
