Guide to Using and Cleaning Sexual Aids (Toys) to be adapted for your client

External Vibrator (Clitoral Stimulator)
Before You Use It
- Wash your hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds.
- Dry your hands with a clean towel.
- Check the toy is charged. Plug it in if the light shows low battery.
- Look at the toy. Make sure it has no cracks or damage.
How to Use It
- Turn on the toy by pressing the power button.
- Put water-based lubricant on the toy if you want to.
- Place the toy on the outside of your genitals (vulva/clitoris).
- Press the buttons to change the speed or pattern.
- Move the toy around to find what feels good.
- When you are finished, press and hold the power button to turn it off.
How to Clean It (After Each Use)
- Turn off the toy.
- Do not put the toy underwater. It is water-resistant, not waterproof.
- Wash your hands with soap and water.
- Wet a clean cloth with warm water and mild soap.
- Wipe the whole toy with the soapy cloth.
- Wet another clean cloth with just warm water.
- Wipe the toy again to remove all soap.
- Dry the toy with a clean towel or let it air dry.
- Store the toy in a clean, dry place.
Charging Your Toy
- Find the charging port (small hole or magnetic spot).
- Plug in the charging cable.
- Wait until the light shows it is fully charged.
- Unplug the cable and close the charging port cover if it has one.
Internal Vibrator (Silicone)
Before You Use It
- Wash your hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds.
- Dry your hands with a clean towel.
- Check the toy is charged. Plug it in if the light shows low battery.
- Look at the toy. Make sure it has no cracks or damage.
How to Use It
- Turn on the toy by pressing the power button.
- Put water-based lubricant on the toy. Use plenty of lubricant.
- Lie down or sit in a comfortable position.
- Slowly insert the toy into your vagina.
- Only insert as much as feels comfortable.
- Press the buttons to change the speed or pattern.
- When you are finished, turn off the toy.
- Gently pull the toy out.
How to Clean It (After Each Use)
- Turn off the toy.
- Wash your hands with soap and water.
- Hold the toy under warm running water.
- Put mild soap on your hands.
- Rub the soap all over the toy.
- Rinse the toy under warm water until all soap is gone.
- Dry the toy with a clean towel or let it air dry.
- Store the toy in a clean, dry place.
Charging Your Toy
- Make sure the toy is completely dry.
- Find the charging port (small hole or magnetic spot).
- Plug in the charging cable.
- Wait until the light shows it is fully charged.
- Unplug the cable and close the charging port cover if it has one.
Important Safety Information
Always Remember
- Only use water-based lubricant with silicone toys.
- Do not share your toy with anyone else.
- Do not use the toy if it is broken or cracked.
- If you like to put the toy in your anus. Do not insert the toy in your anus and then into vagina without cleaning it in between each use.
- Stop using the toy if it hurts or feels uncomfortable.
- Clean the toy after every use.
- Charge the toy when the battery is low.
When to Ask for Help
- If the toy gets stuck inside you.
- If you feel pain that does not stop.
- If you see blood.
- If the toy breaks while you are using it.
- If you have any questions or worries.
